Ok Davinci Resolve 16.2.8 (free version) works ok on my PC. It's only Davinci Resolve 17.2.1 (free version) has the problems same as yours (stated above), on my PC. Hm, ok. I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. I discovered this issue after rendering. I would clear the markers and re-run the job in the render queue which reset the IN/OUT markers. After Clearing the IN/OUT markers, make sure to delete any jobs in the render queue and re-add them. Until you add an effect, there's nothing to display there. Left top of the interface is where you'll find the Effects tab, from which you can browse effects and transitions.
